• Basic life and AD&D insurance
• Short-term disability insurance

• 401(k) savings plan: You’re automatically enrolled to contribute 6% of your eligible pay on a before-tax basis, unless you elect a different contribution within 45 days of your start date. You receive a company match of $1 for every $1 you contribute, up to 6% of your eligible pay.
