How to enroll

Visit BenefitsConnection to enroll in your benefits. Use this internal link from your work computer within the Verizon network, or visit verizon.com/benefitsconnection from your personal computer or mobile device.

To enroll a spouse, domestic partner or dependent child in coverage, follow the prompts on BenefitsConnection during the enrollment process, and select the relevant dependent.

Dependent verification

After you add a dependent to coverage, we will send a dependent verification request notice and instructions to your work email address and your home address.

You will need to provide documentation that confirms your dependents are eligible for coverage, and the documentation you submit will be reviewed for authenticity.

You have three ways to submit documentation:

2. Mail

If you do not submit proper documentation in a timely manner, your dependent’s coverage will be dropped.
